Complaints Procedure

We aim to work in partnership with all of our families to ensure that all parties are happy. We do, however, recognise that sometimes parents/carers may need to express a concern or raise an issue. We ask that parents make an appointment with the class teacher to discuss any concerns they may have.

If that meeting fails to reach an resolution, a meeting with the Headteacher should be requested. All parties are asked to work towards an acceptable resolution.
