  • Update re police incident

    Wed 05 Feb 2020 RWilmot

This morning we have had a serious community incident involving the use of police.

All pupils who arrived via Briar Gate or Canal Street were escorted into school by staff and were immediately taken inside. Harrington, Parklands and Wilsthorpe Schools were, and are, working together in a co-ordinated manner to ensure pupil and staff safety and welfare.

Year 6 and Mr Dutton's class have been moved in to the main building so that close supervision can be kept on all pupils and staff.

Access to the campus via Canal Street and Briar Gate is prohibited by order of the police.

    We will keep you updated.
