Reminder that our summer book fair will be in school for the next week, with a family opening on Friday after school, in the hall.
Reminders to help you:
1. ALL pupils need to bring a water bottle and packed lunch on Monday.
2. They are to come in casual clothes ready to go, not uniform. Pupils need to report to the school hall with their luggage when they arrive – you can arrive from 8:30-8:45 and access the driveway in your car. All cars must be gone by 8:45. Entry will not be permitted by cars from 8:45-9:05 due to the number of pedestrians on campus. The drive will re-open at 9:05- 9:15. All pupils need to have arrived by 9:15. If your child is booked onto Panda Club, they will be brought over for you. All parents will be asked to leave by 9:15.
3. Please label all clothing and include a packing list to help your child re-pack.
4. Pack with your child so they know what items they are bringing.
5. Make sure your child can carry their case.
6. Please include a hat for the sun, gloves for climbing and sun cream.
7. A pair of indoor shoes AND outdoor shoes are required. Indoor shoes can be sliders or slippers or trainers or slip-ons.
8. Make sure they have plenty of sock and pants!
9. No hoodies for activities, please pack sweatshirts or jumpers
10. Please do not bring valuable or precious items of clothing as they may get lost or damaged.
11. No jewellery.
12. Any asthmatic children need to have their inhaler with them at all times.
14. All luggage will be placed in the coach hold. A small holdall can be taken on board. NO FOOD. A water bottle can be taken onboard.
15. Please make sure you medicate any pupils who are prone to travel sickness.
16. Please remember no phones, no cameras and no electronic or electrical equipment is permitted.
ALL CONSENT FORMS AND MEDICAL FORMS SHOULD BE RETURNED ASAP TO ALLOW FOR THEM TO BE UPLOADED BY THE END OF THE WEEK.

REMINDER: tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd June) will be class photo day.
Please send children to school in normal school uniform and NOT PE kit (white polo shirt, red jumper/cardigan, black/grey trousers/shorts/skirts, black shoes or summer dresses).
Y3 PE will be moved to Thursday and Friday for this week only.
